CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Whether you`re looking to ski, mountain bike, cross-country ski, or just kick back in the hot pools, Panorama has everything you need to live out your mountain fantasy.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    If you want to be right next to a chair lift in Panorama, you want to stay at this property. It was literally a few steps from the front door to the toby chairlift. The hot tubs were a few steps away in the opposite direction. The location is excellent. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The one queen bed is right behind the front door, which was a bit awkward, but the bedroom with the double bunk beds is across the condo and it had a door, so privacy was maintained for the guests. The storage space for skis was great and the kitchen was clean and roomy. Another bonus for this property was the washer and dryer on site. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

    Great location for skiing! Had great stay with our two teenage children! The beds were comfortable, and the pocket door to close off where the kids slept was genius! The place was clean and cozy. We will definitely come back!

    Communication was great! Very helpful and accommodating. Check in went well- we had the wrong code for the door, but that was promptly resolved. Kitchen and house had the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

    This property is small but perfect for 3 couples (two on double bunks in a separate small bedroom with a large closet) or friends as we were. Although it is in a block it is on its own. No side adjoining apartments. The apartment above is set back from this ground floor apartment. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the fireplace as we were not residents. (local laws I think). The owner stated the Ski lift is 40 steps away... I counted twice it is 35. Guess I have bigger feet!If you are use to Ski In Ski Out from Europe this is exactly what you would expect from true ski in ski out.I will stay here again if returning to Panaroma.There are limited restaurants (2) at the resort (bottom of the mountain) and 1 pub close to this apartment (below the mountain). The gondola from this residential area up to the resort runs until 10 PM and is free (no lift pass needed). The gondola is a short walk (3 mins) through the residential where the communal hot tubs (2) are located). That is if you can pass the pub on the way! Fairmont springs and Radium springs are only a 25 min drive away for relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.The host was quick to respond to messages sent when I had questions and allowed an early check-in at 11 am although a fee did apply (40).Highly recommended.

    This cozy little cabin has all the amenities for a small family. The highlight is the amazing location! This is a true ski and ski out without any need to hike or walk to the lifts! We will definitely book this property again!

    This is a great spot for a small family. The beds and linens are comfy. The place was immaculately clean and all thoroughly enjoyed the resort amenities. One suggestion would be to add another fan as the one in the middle of summer was not enough. The unit only has a downward-facing window so it got quite hot inside. That or install a screen door so it can be left open without the bugs or gophers get in. Other than that, great spot in the lower village!

    What a comfortable, quiet space for a great price! The best equipped place I’ve ever stayed at. Small but so well designed! Once you find the place, the check in/out is so easy. Just arrive and unlock the door with the code given in the portal. Really appreciated the cold water waiting us in the fridge, and real ground coffee to make an actual pot in the morning.
