Stayed Jun 26, 2025Maurice was friendly and our check in went smooth. The apartment was in very good central location, but extremely noisy. People fighting, sirens day and night, tons of commercial trucks in the early morning. Cleanliness could be improved. Glasses and cups were in the cupboard unwashed. The place could a good deep cleaning. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly from scalding hot to cold. This appeared to be someone's residence with their clothes, belongings, and medications all around. We felt like we were intruding in someones home.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our stay in the apartment was absolutely wonderful and was thorough enjoyed by all the family. The apartment is close to many of Nantes' main attractions, and is very convenient to shops and transport. The apartment itself is full of beautiful pieces, and also provided us with amazing views of the city, and the basilica, which it is directly beside.A great visit . Thank you Maurice.

Stayed Apr 22, 2022For the location alone this flat has to be highly recommended. It is within walking distance of all the main sights. Our family of five adults stayed here comfortably for a weekend. The flat is charming and lived in but may not appeal to people wanting a neutral hotel room vibe. We had a problem during our stay and Maurice and his son responded swiftly to deal with it. We would stay here again.
