Appartamento Ibisco

Our host was gracious and kind. The property was exactly as described. The semi-private beach area was divine! The accommodation was great and we will be returning next year, along with recommending it to our family. We loved the place so much, we left an umbrella, 4 beach chairs to pay it forward to the next guest using the facility. 200EUR value. Thank you Giacomo!

Although the apartment could use a refurbishment, this is more then compensated with the stunning view, the private beach, the lovely surroundings and the warm welcome and kind and quick support of the owner. We had an unforgettable week and would love to come back!

Generally very nice appartment with fantastic views, a nice garden and direct access to the beach. Only drawback is that the appartment would need a refurbishment and electricty was not stable. Overall good value for money though and a nice owner

The host Nicoló was very kind and answered questions in a short term. The house is split in 2, Nicoló is responsible for the upper appartement. That one is what we prefer because the outstanding sea view. The windows have all insect screens. The interior is a bit outdated, but in good condition. It is also a matter of personal taste. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough pans and tableware. The fridge and freezer are larger than average. Big oven available as a microwave. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. The balcony with the magnificent view to the sea is very spacious. The boiler on the bathroom gives enough hot water for us 4 people. And of those, there are 3 ladies with long hair. There is a washing machine available for shared use with guests of the lower appartement. Beach chairs are also provided, but no parasol. A barbeque is available. The distance to the beach is 1 minute's walk to the mini sandy beach in front of the property and 1 minute further is the larger beautiful sandy beach which is surrounded by pine trees. The water runs down fairly steeply. Up to 10 metres further it is about 50cm deep. Almost no rocks in the sea in front of the beach. There is a bar/restaurant 8 minutes' walk away. 2 Supermarkets, Crai and Coop a 5-minute drive away. Mosquitoes are there, of those little ones, but where not in a green area. We can highly recommend the house.

The house is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sea at any time of the day but want all the comfort of their home ten steps away. 5 stars!
