Modern apartment with terrace in the heart of the university area of Bologna.



The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without elevator, with entrance under the typical arcades of the Emilian capital, has been completely renovated and consists of a living and a sleeping area separated by a wall, although directly connected. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a desk, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a microwave andan espresso coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and clothes rack. Both rooms have access to a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, where guests can relax and eat in the open air thanks to the presence of a table with chairs. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the layout.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



Bologna central train station is 1,3 km from the apartment, while the airport is less than 20 minutes away by car.
