Stayed Dec 28, 2025The flat was a bit rudimentary for the price of 100 per night. Only 1 roll of toilet paper when we arrivedNo Wi-Fi available, even though it was mentioned (the local host organized a router after some days) Bathroom sink was leaking, we put a bowlVery thin blankets, not reasonable for winterHeating broke during the stay, so we needed to sleep with thick jackets (was repaired by the local host after 2 days) No warm water in the kitchen sinkShower and bathroom very old-school, rust, in general not very clean and welcomingMost of the kitchen stuff was dirty and we cleaned everything before useNo kitchen towels availableProKitchen with stove and ovenGood location in San VitoFor half of the price it would have been what we would have expected.
