The PRESIDENT building has been a very popular private home for many years and is used mainly as a holiday home by predominantly German and English owners. It is located directly on the beach promenade, approximately in the middle of the 2 km long beach of Cala Millor. The house has a pool and a sun terrace with loungers, which can be used by all residents. The apartment is on the 8th. Floor in front, directly to the beach, with frontal sea view. 2 lifts available. Free parking spaces in front of the house.
The living area is 75 m2 plus a terrace of 10 m2 in front of the living room and both bedrooms, with sea views from all rooms! Sun all morning. 2 tables and 4 sun loungers available.
The apartment was extensively renovated in the spring of 2019 and has a license from the tourism authority for the holiday rental.
Almost the entire facility is new.
Free WiFi (fast fiber optic cable, private & protected network).
Fitted kitchen with ceramic induction hob, oven / microwave combination, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, all dishes and cooking accessories.
Living / dining room with glass table and space for 4 people, pull-out sofa bed, 2 armchairs, Internet TV with all free channels of almost all countries. Air conditioning hot / cold in the living room.

    Communication was very easy to get into the apartment after a long travel day. We stayed for 3 weeks and it very much began to feel like home. The location was fantastic and the apartment was clean and well-appointed. No assigned parking but there was always a spot out front. Only thing that would be nice to have would be a little grill and or a microwave but not sure if there would be space for it (or if the complex allows it). Lots of options for great food nearby but honestly Horacio's right next door was the best food we had in Cala Millor so check it out!

    Very nice property although I would make some comments. Firstly to have only one plug/socket in the kitchen seemed strange considering there were 4 in the bedroom. Where to plug in a kettle/coffee maker/toaster was a mystery. No wonder the socket was loose on the wall. Secondly the towel allocation was poor with only one shower and one hand towel each to last a week - i wasn't prepared to spend my holiday washing. Thirdly, the balcony shading would have been much better with a sunshade - it is really too small for a parasol. Lastly, there were no communal loungers at the pool. They were all individually owned and chained up by their owners when not in use. Overall the apartment was comfortable and spacious but would benefit from a bit of upgrading as noted above. The beach view was the stunning attribute of the apartment.

    Great place to relax by the sea. Plus a good base if you also want to drive around to explore more of the island.

    Property has great unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed great local restaurants with 3 literally next door. Also many other great beaches nearby. Manager was great and super responsive
