We would like to welcome you to our house in Palio, one of the most beautiful areas of Kavala whose focus is on the combination of mountain and sea.

Our apartments can accommodate up to five people.

The apartments are divided into two sizes, one is about 70 square meters and the other two about 55 square meters large. The spacious newly renovated and newly furnished apartments all have sea views and an all-round walk-in balcony.

The units consist of a bedroom, living roomwith TV, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, coffee machine and crockery.

The other two apartments consist of an open plan living room / kitchen layout, bedroom and bathroom. All apartments have air conditioning in the bedroom. These (55sqm) apartments also have a balcony.

Furthermore we offer a free laundry service which includes towels and linen.

Apartmets: A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (5 m) of the house, so you can visit by bus the city or two beautiful coastal villages (Iraklitsa / Peramos).

There you have the possibility the many beach bars (beach chairs are free when ordering drinks) taverns or cafes to visit. In Iraklitsa you can take part in the rich offer of water sports.(diving, water skiing, banana, - or donats). 10 minutes drive from our apartments, is the beach village of Peramos, where you will find not only numerous idyllic taverns and cafes but also one of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Greece. The Amollofi beach. A 4km long beach section with crystal clear water, which is also very popular with our little guests (because the water depth is very low), he is also often visited by many families.

Long-term guests, pick. Service: Would you like to go out of season and stay for a long time; then we have the opportunity for long-term tenants to offer separate conditions. As a further service we offer to pick you up from the airport and bring you back. We also take it for granted that if you arrive without a car or spend your holiday without a rental car, we will take you to the nearby larger supermarkets (150 meters away we have a small but well stocked supermarket). Furthermore, we are at your disposal at any time, if you need something (because we also live in the area) or have a wish.
