Our vey friendly host Luigi received us, and explained all amenities, which were wonderful, in detail. The place is extremely clean, and very comfortable. Afterwards he showed us a map with all interesting places to go. Basically a 15/20 min walk to the old center of Palermo, so not too far! And, for the price, this is definitely a place to stay or come back to. Grazie molti Luigi for letting us stay here!
