Our house is located in a very quiet and sunny spot on the edge of the forest with a breathtaking view of the lake. Lake Achensee and the recently opened water park complex—featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness center, a fitness center, water slides, and a climbing wall—are just a 5-minute walk away.
The ground-floor apartment is approximately 75 m² with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms with TVs, a new children’s room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, freezer, microwave, etc., a separate dining room with a TV, and a new bathroom. On the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sunset with beautiful views of the lake from the west-facing terrace.
Our home is particularly well-suited for families with children and wheelchair users. You can park your car right in front of the apartment entrance. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking opportunities in the Rofan Mountains.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Our apartment is also very suitable for dog owners. Internet access is available.

The Achensee area of Austria is a hidden gem that we cannot recommend enough. We were there during the quiet off-season and really enjoyed it. The house was very nice too. It had two full sized bedrooms and then a smaller room possibly for a child. The kitchen was well outfitted and the dining/living area would comfortably accommodate six. Best part was the outdoor patio and the views of the lake. We can recommend.
