The climate of CUMBRE DEL SOL is considered one of the healthiest by the World Health Organization (WHO), in its reports on healthy localities, cities and communities. (a minimum of 2800 hours of sunshine per year)

The 102m² apartment with direct sea view, including a 15m² terrace is located on the edge of the street (see photo, 10 stair steps to climb). Vehicles are parked on the street.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 with air conditioning with each of the 160 beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen open to a dining / living room with air conditioning and another dining room with integrated gas plancha overlooking the terrace with sea view
Internet access and wifi. You will know the access code in your rental contract.
Interior equipment: Satellite TV (French TNT channels, German, English channels ...) and Spanish channels, fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, utensils kitchen and all basic dishes. I will send you a document consisting of photographs of the equipment, dishes, etc.
4 Sunbathing
The apartment's shared pool has sea views. It is located 200 m away (2 other swimming pools 500 m away)
The apartment is located 500m from a shopping center with hairdresser, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy (300m).
It is close to the small beach of Moraig (1.8 km).

Arrival
Preferred between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. (another schedule may be agreed)
My representative will welcome you upon your arrival.
He will carry out with you a visual inventory of fixtures and give you the keys against your deposit of 300 €.
Exit
desired between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Entry and exit times may be different after agreement with the owner.
My representative will carry out a visual exit inspection with you (if no significant damage or deterioration is noted). You give him the keys, he gives you back your deposit.
I will give you his contact details in your rental contract.
He speaks French, Spanish and a little English. He will manage any problems that may be encountered during the rental.

    My partner and I stayed at this apartment for one month and really enjoyed our time there. The place is very nice and comfortable – it has everything you need.We were especially happy that our dog was also welcome, which made the stay even better for us.The contact with the host was very friendly and helpful.Just one small note: we worked remotely during our stay, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough for that. But luckily, we had enough mobile data to make it work.All in all, a great place – we would come back!

    We had a very pleasant stay in Jaques’ apartment which was very nice, clean and comfortable, including the view on the sea. Unfortunately, the wheather was not so good, a lot of cold wind and 2 rainy days. Anyway, if possible we might book again next year.

    We are seniors, but extremely well travelled. It is the second time we have stayed at Cumbre del Sol but the first time at Jacques property. We stayed for the month of July 2023. Comms with Jacque pre Checkin comprehensive. Property description matches website and the property is very clean. Richard the property manager was new to the job and required more information on instruction for TV and BBQ. We also had issues with language so a Manager with English could be more helpful. A lovely man who did his best. The property is probably better suited to younger people as it is situated on a steep hill. The walk up to the cafe and supermarket was not possible for an arthritic 67 yr old. A car is essential. We did have some maintenance issues which took a few days to sort. We enjoyed the peace and quiet but that was disturbed in our final weeks by renovations in the apartment below. The view and surrounding terrain is extremely dynamic which we enjoyed. Thanks for having us.

    Great location, beautiful view, clean comfortable apartment. The dining chairs were worn out and uncomfortable. The person who checked us in was unable to speak English or much Spanish so we were not given enough instruction on how to use the stove, oven, TV washing machine etc.

    Great 5 week stay, lovely appartment With everything you could need. Between Javea and Moraia so had the choise of both resorts. Lovely coves and beaches to explore.

    We stayed for a month at this property, it was very clean and very well equipt, a comfy bed, and a good shower. There is a very good supermarket within a 2-minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again to unwind.

    The apartment is clean, spacious, and you can park your car in front of the house. Then somthing that I cant praise enough - the view from the terrace is just breath-taking!! I enjoyed fresh strawberries and champagne there at my birthday, gazing to the sea - bathing in sunshine. Can't complaint! Location is peacefull, just perfect for relaxing. Local shop and pharmacy is just around the corner, and bigger groceries are only 10-15 min. drive away. Food is really cheap, and groceries have good selections. Specially fresh seafood and jamons, fruits and vegetables. Oh I miss that soooo much! You'll allso find many hiking trails and sightseeings nearby. Rent a bike or kajac for more activities! The owner emailed us a big information package before arrival, wich is helpfull if you want to plan ahead where to go and what to see. All an all everything went perfectly with the owner and the landlord from start to finish! I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a wonderful relaxing holiday! Many thank's to Jaques and Jean!     Very cosy well equipped apartment with a view “just out of the world”. We rented this place couple of years before for the first time and we keep coming here ever since. Every time we rented, the property is always clean and tidy. The owners are absolutely kind and flexible in accommodating our needs. Wonderful property, breath taking view, clean air and serene place - you can’t get this anywhere else...
