Apartment with a view

Very clean and quiet. Just need window coverings. It is on a dirt road which is not uncommon in Dolores, CO. All in all very nice and comfortable. Thanks!

If you're looking for a place with amazing views that is quiet, peaceful and welcoming, this is the place. The apartment has a great balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The hosts were super nice and responsive. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend! The place fit my wife and I, and our 3 kids very comfortably and was spotless!

The little apartment was clean and easy to find. Very much as advertised. It was a little weird next to the main house when the apartment has no blinds, but we were able to hang up some trash bags we had to help block some of the evening sun and the heat with it from getting a little toasty. There was a little issue with dog hair (mine is currently shedding and she is a German Shepherd mix so there is a lot) so I got charged an extra cleaning fee when they assumed she got on the furniture. Other than that hiccup, it was a nice stay.

The host Lia was wonderful, accommodating and very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. My only disappointment was that the pictures appeared to make it look like it was much closer to the mountains than it was, and it wasn’t as remote as I would have liked. A great place to stay for visiting the Canyon of the Ancients national monument; it was literally 10 minutes away.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the area. Oh and did I mention, it’s pet friendly :)

Gracious host. Beautiful surroundings. The apartment was as advertised and very clean. Hope to someday book this place again. Great area for outdoor activities like fishing and mountain biking.

Can’t say enough about that view! The host is very attentive and assisted with all of our requests. We accidentally left something behind and they shipped it to us very expediently. You definitely can’t go wrong with this choice.

Our family loved this apartment! Super clean, comfortable beds, hot shower with great water pressure, plenty of supplies to cook meals, along with other extras. The deck views are amazing! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for being great hosts!

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the appliances and cabinets were brand new. The views were lovely. It was a little bit more out of town than we had thought but was still in a lovely area.

After a day of biking at Phils World it was was so relaxing to roll into this peaceful apartment. The deck offered relaxation as you sit and overlook the trees and rolling hills. Would highly recommend.

Traveling with 3 teenagers, we could’ve used an additional mirror outside of the bathroom as well as some cooking utensils. We were limited on how we could cook breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place and the view. Thanks!

We enjoyed our short stay here and really loved the views we were treated to. The sunsets and views of the Milky Way from the deck were superb. The apartment was clean and comfortable, private, quiet and quite lovely.

The apartment was very clean and located about 20 minutes away from Mesa Verde NP. Beautiful location, secluded countryside setting.

Lovely location, quiet and beautiful. The apartment is quaint, clean, and cleverly executed as a small living space. Most pleasant of all were our warm and welcoming hosts. We are grateful to the Hoopers for sharing their slice of heaven with us.

We saw deer, bear, chickens, and sheep. Fantastic views. We watched thunderstorms rolling in from approximately 30 mi away. Great location, new construction and great host.
