The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you will enjoy spectacular mountain views.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for skiers in the wintertime and hikers during the summer months, as it is near the ski area Zillertal Arena. There is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house (the ski bus is free of charge for skiers). The ski resort of Karspitz is just 5 km away, the cable car is 4 km from the property, and the amusement park of Rosenalmbahn Zell is located in the valley, just 4 km from the house.

The farm offers home-made products: Bread, butter, eggs, honey, jam and schnapps (the farmhouse has its own distillery). A bread roll service is also available on request.
