Holiday at the seaside in De Haan: Park Atlantis® is a holiday park implanted in a 10 ha park, in the middle of one of the most beautiful regions of the Belgian kiss. An oasis of greenery and tranquility at 800 m from the North Sea and its sandy beach.

Located only 10 km from Ostend and Blankenberge and 20 km from Bruges.
The apartment is located in residence Dahlia and this is considered the most charming residence of the park.

The apartment has about 70 M2 and includes, in addition to a kitchen suitable up to 8 people, a spacious living room of approximately 25 m2 with an L-shaped living room in which a full bed is built. There is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds suitable for 4 people and a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. There are two small bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment has a large terrace on the ground floor. Optionally, an apartment can also be obtained on the first floor with a balcony.

The furniture is provided for 10 people. There are also extras such as an LCD TV, high-quality stereo system, DVD player, an electric BBQ ...

Wifi is available in the apartment.

The apartment has two spacious parking spaces.

The cozy courtyard garden creates a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious terrace is equipped with garden furniture for 8 people. Here too, connecting apartments are available for groups.

The letting is based on an apartment formula.

Outdoor sports and swimming
Park Atlantis has 3 tennis courts, football, volleyball and basketball courts. In addition, there are two pétanque fields and there is a large playground. There is possibility of swimming in the nearby swimming pool of the municipalities De Haan and Bredene.

Cycling, Golf, Fishing and Horse Riding
This region is known for its interesting cycling routes, such as the Old Dike Route. Bicycle parking facilities are available in the park and there are several dealers where you can rent bikes and go-carts. Within walking distance of the park we find the famous golf course of the Haan, a fish pond and the riding school. The protected dunes have special paths for riders.

The park itself already invites you to walk because it is nicely landscaped and has some nice corners. The protected dunes have signposted walking routes. Here we mention the well-known Duinbossen walking route. There is an information office of the municipality near the bridge to the beach.

For the little ones
The sea is not far off and the sloping beach is very suitable for children. The quality of the sand encourages the children to build sand castles. There is a small playground on the park itself, as well as a new playground in the center of De Haan.

Cafeteria
Just outside the park there are family and specialty restaurants, some with regional dishes. There are sufficient purchasing properties near the park. At the park there is a BBQ area, which is available free of charge to our tenants. The infrastructure of each apartment is more than sufficient to prepare something yourself.

Park Atlantis has 3 tennis courts, soccer, volleyball and basketball courts. In addition, there are two petanque fields and there is a large playing field. You can swim in the nearby swimming pools of the municipalities of De Haan and Bredene.

Indoor sports and playground
The municipality of De Haan is rich in a very extensive sports and recreation infrastructure. Visit the following centers:

 - Pier 10 sports complex
 - Wielingen Center
 The De Sierk family park (Vosseslag 42, Klemskerke) is an interesting indoor playground.

Special Events
Special events are always organized during the summer period. Just think of the Trammelant (early August), which brings us back to daily life from the Belle Époque and the Vosseslag parties (late July) with a procession where the legend of Mong de Vos is central. The municipality of De Haan also publishes an event calendar every year which can be obtained free of charge at the info kiosk (on the bridge on the way to the beach) and via the De Haan website.
