The residence is located 20 km north of Ajaccio on the west coast of Corsica renowned for its unspoiled landscapes (beaches, villages, rivers, forests, Calanches de Piana, Scandola marine reserve, Aïtone forest etc ... )
It is a small building with a single floor, very quiet 600 meters from the beach, it overlooks the Gulf of Tiuccia and offers an exceptional view. Close to amenities (shops, doctor, pharmacy etc ...). Parking in the residence.

The apartment is a 50 m² duplex upstairs at the end of the building, it is bright, well maintained and ideally rented for 5 or 6 people.
