Outside, you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and thegulf thanks to the seafront location. The house is on the provincial road, allowing you to reach the beautiful Cavo beach in just a few minutes by car, while Il Sasso beach is practically at your doorstep, just a few steps away.



On-street parking is shared and available nearby (about 50 meters). The historic center of Rio Marina, with bus stop, free parking, shops, bars, and restaurants, is only 100 meters away. Events are not allowed on the property.



Rio Marina offers an authentic maritime atmosphere, where you can still experience the charm of a traditional fishing village.
