Stayed Sep 23, 2025Very clean. Mr Stanic was VERY responsive. Met us to check us in and out.The apartment is near a bakery and the store is about 100 meters away.Old town Split is about a 10 minute brisk walk away.WiFi worked great and free parking nearby.The apartment had everything needed for even a longer stay- washer, drying rack, laundry soap. This apartment worked well for my daughter and me for the days we were in Split!Thank you!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Great Location. This was our first time in Split and Croatia. We were not disappointed. This apartment is cozy and so central to everything we planned. I would highly recommend Tonci's place to stay. The grocery store was so close and the beach was 15-20 walk away. Everything you need is close by. Karen & Mark - New Brunswick, Canada.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Stanic is a good base for exploring Split, without being in the hussle and bustle of town. About 15 mins walk to old town and beach (with a dogey knee). Found the place spotless and everything we needed. The host, Tonci welcomed us to the apartment and was available for anything we needed during our stay.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023Tonči is possibly the sweetest man we’ve ever met. He met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything and then gave us tips on getting around the city and local grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was well cleaned and you could tell there was energy put into making it feel homey.

Stayed Oct 1, 2022Very smooth check-in, Tonči is very kind and attentive and responded immediately to any query we had. The apartment is as advertised, a comfortable size for 2 people, very clean with sufficient additional linens and towels and a washing machine for longer stays. We found it to be ideally located for an easy walk to the centre of town, the beaches, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. The grocery store is only a minute walk away, the bus stop is even closer and a large shopping mall is only a 20 minute walk away (a larger shopping mall is about a 40 minute walk but can easily be reached by bus. We found very close free parking quite easily and recycling/garbage disposal is very close by as well. We enjoyed our two-month stay very much and would definitely recommend the Stanic apartment. Thank you Tonči for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your accommodation, it was a great pleasure meeting you.

Stayed Jun 30, 2019This property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It is 1.5 km from the Old Town and the best sandy beach we found being Firule (left out of apartment and straight down the road for about 15 minutes). The restaurant across the road was excellent and well worth a visit. Tonci was exceptionally helpful and couldn't do enough for us. He even picked us up from the bus station and left food for our arrival! I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Split. Rosemary, (England)
