Stayed Jun 19, 2025We stayed at this property from 19 June - 30th June 2025. Great property just out side of hustle and bustle of city center. With free parking on site made great for our traveling. While out of center it was a 25 minute down hill walk to harbor and pedestrian bridge to Old City, I walked down to harbor most morning for a coffee and walked back, I am reasonably fit 76 years old , but would not recommend walking back up hill unless you are fit. There are views from balcony of the apartment. There where road works going on during our stay but they didn't interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. The owners lived on site and were always very helpful and asking if we needed any thing. I would highly recommend this property to any one wishing to stay in Zadar area. Rod

Stayed Jul 6, 2019We highly recommend this apartment and very much enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in this lovely equiped flat. It’s located on a quiet street in a silent neighborhood in a safe area with a nice sea and horizon view, even perfect for a sundowner on the balcony. There is a bus station a block away which makes it very easy to get around to other parts of the city in case you don’t have a car. The flat was absolutely clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you need incl. air-condition in every room. It is perfect for families up to 5 people. Our lovely and always caring hosts were all the time very attentive in making sure all was well for our stay, with recommendations to visit (sightseeing, beaches, restaurants, shopping, nature spots, etc.) and on top having good talks and awesome quality time all together. We can’t wait to visit again, and we’ll recommend this property to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much for making our stay as perfect as it could be!
