Stayed Aug 5, 2023in total OK with some details to improve. - no WLAN - no dish washer - not all lamps are working - if you want to cook something and maybe switch on the hairdryer or the oven to keep something warm, the fuse will pop out. (the agency says, the house installation is old and it works as designed) - you need a power adapter for older italian installations! EU power plugs are not working - the bathroom has no window or good working fan. Therefore it is difficult to keep the air in appartment dry after a fanmily takes a shower. good: + washing machine + location + garage below the line OK for the moderate price

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Per almeno 10 anni abbiamo fatto le nostre vacanze familiari in montagna e questa è stata la casa che abbiamo trovato nelle condizioni peggiori (umidità, fredda, mobilio camera da letto orrendo, finestre senza tapparelle, luci dei lampadari cimiteriali, battiscopa di legno in cucina staccati, casa buia, ecc ecc); mi fermo qua! Per niente soddisfatti, fregati per il prezzo.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969L'appartamento non é molto luminoso avendo tutte le finestre interrate eccetto una, e rimane molto umido. La società che gestisce la locazione ci é venuta incontro fornendoci una piccola stufetta elettrica, che ha parzialmente migliorato la situazione. La posizione dell'appartamento non é quella indicata dal punto gps indicato sulla mappa, ma dista 300mt.
