Stayed Mar 8, 2022We did not have communication or check in issues, but did have three issues that became apparent the first night we were there. 1- Master bed was broken and unusable. It wasn’t fixed until the third night of our stay. 2- Hot water was EXTREMELY limited. One shower and it was gone. We couldn’t even wash dishes (no dishwasher) after ONE shower. That was a big problem for our family of six. 3- No sheets were provided for the couch, initially. I messaged and asked for some, but we had to just use a blanket for the first night. Kind of a bummer considering the Queen in the master bedrooms was unusable.
