Inside the flat, you will be greeted by a spacious, bright living room and bedroom on the ground floor, with parquet flooring, anLCD colour TV and a kitchenette - equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob and oven, a fridge including a 4-star freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine - for your convenience. A round dining table with four chairs is available for cosy meals. A beautiful bathroom with bathtub shower and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2m x 2m) round off the facilities on this level. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom with a 1.60m x 2.00m bed and the gallery, making the flat ideal for 1-4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. WLAN is available.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with a large garden and garden furniture, some of which is accessible to guests. There is a car park for your vehicle on the property. A free shuttle service from Blankenheim-Wald train station can be arranged on request, making your journey a pleasant one.
