Great stay... went to the NFL game. It's well within walking distance amougnst other city amenities

This apartment was perfect for me for a convention I was attending at the Convention Center. It was a quick drive. I felt safe and the parking was safe. I really was not at the apartment most of the day, but it was much better than having a hotel room. I had brought food so it was nice to have a full size fridge, microwave, and a plate & silverware to use with a kitchen sink. The apartment was clean, set up nicely, well done. Nice touch to add the snacks (although I did not eat them). My only suggestions would be: to have a box of tissues, start your guests with a full roll of toilet paper, half to full hand soap and two more regular pillows on the bed (the decorative pillows are not good for extras needed for sleeping) . I could not figure out the alarm clock (to shut it off) so I just unplugged it. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, nice to have a washer and dryer even though I did not need it for this visit, nice shower/tub. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Highly recommend this apartment.

We were in town for an event at BOA Stadium. Easy to use the Lynx to get there, and apartment is comfortable and quiet and well-equipped!

This is a wonderful spot to see downtown Charlotte without being in the middle of downtown Charlotte. Less than 2 miles from boa stadium and lynks is really close, so super accessible without getting back in your car. The hosts were fabulous.

Beautiful above garage/ garden apartment! Host was very informative and the location was close to everything. Not safe walking distance though. But highly recommend this cute little spot.

Great space for two and very close to downtown Charlotte. We were there for the Novant Health race and we were able to walk back to the apartment (VRBO) to shower and refresh before finding a breakfast/lunch place. Clean, relaxing, and very accomodating space feeling like home. Very, very, clean and welcoming space and neighborhood.

Everything was tidy and easy! Communication was great when I forgot something important!

Such a beautiful clean space, it was perfect for what we needed during our short time in Charlotte. Everyone we encountered was so nice in this city! The host, John was no exception. Absolutely recommend this lovely rental.

This was a perfect stay for our quick two day trip. We were in town for a concert and it was very accommodating. It was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Safety is a big factor for us and I felt very safe in this location. John was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Charlotte.

My husband and I could not have chosen a better place to stay! John’s apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect size for us. The space was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet.John was very thoughtful to supply the apartment with all the essentials that you would need (body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra towels and wash cloths, etc)You will have to access the apartment via stairs, which didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind if you’re minding your knees. We will not hesitate to book this unit again!

Very new, clean, cozy but not cramped. The yard is beautiful. Host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the front door. Great location in charlotte, we walked back from downtown at midnight and were completely safe. Would stay again

Everything was great! The place was very clean. Everything worked great. All of the furnishings were nice. The bed was comfortable and keeping a comfortable temperature was not an issue. The location was alright. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't more within walking distance, but I believe that public transportation was ,. We only had one slight issue with the door, but that was resolved within less than an hour. We would definitely stay here again.

So nice and clean! Easy to get everywhere and private!

My boyfriend and I stayed just a short couple of nights, but we definitely loved staying here and would definitely book here again next time we are in town! We walked everywhere (maybe 30-45 min walk to downtown), and the place itself was super clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood too!

We stayed two nights, super private and cozy. Lovely amenities and decorations. We had all that we needed to make our stay special. Spot is close to local transportation and only 10 minutes from spectrum center!

Another amazing stay on our second visit! However, I would be remiss not to mention that I was awakened and startled by gun shots on Sunday morning at approximately 5am in the distance on two separate occasions within minutes of each other.

Stayed a couple of nights since we went to the Panthers/Chiefs football game. Place was clean and had everything 2 people would need. A short uber ride to several restaurants and a short walk to the light rail, which dropped us off right at tge stadium.

This property is now at the top of my list of places to stay in Charlotte! My husband and I were looking for someplace to stay for a weekend visit to the city. Although the listing had great reviews, we were not prepared for how much we would love the rental. To start with, John provided excellent directions so we knew where to go and where to park. Shortly after checking in, we had a minor issue and John responded and came over to assist promptly. We adored the apartment and we had many comforts and conveniences of home. The location was spectacular. It was within 10-15 minutes of everything we had planned and very close to uptown. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood to walk around. Close access to downtown area. Host was very hospitable and answered our texts quickly. John was very affable and we enjoyed his suggestions for restaurants.

I would definitely be a little more specific with how to get to the propertys entrance because the address send you to the front of the home. I would guide people to go behind the home into the private drive way

We came to Charlotte to visit our family. This spot was easy to get to, walkable to a number of spots and near the Lynx light rail line. It was the perfect base for us to see Charlotte!

Short drive into uptown - nice neighborhood

This was by far one of the cleanest places we've stayed. Everything was meticulous. Cute, comfortable little place to stay for an extended amount of time. Nice area. Seemed like everything was 15 minutes or less away. The coy pond in the court yard was pretty cool as well.

The place was clean and had everything we needed! Great water pressure and loved that makeup wipes were provided! John was great at communicating and even provided some snacks and bottles of water, which came in handy for our walk to the stadium. Would advise that it states this stay is a 15 minute walk from Bank of America Stadium and it was closer to a 30 minute walk. Still not bad though. We definitely recommend this stay!

It felt like home! Everything home essential item was available! Quiet and pleasant neighborhood! Outstanding communication with owner! Minutes from Upton Charlotte, Panthers and Knights Stadium! Best VRBO experience!
