Apartment near the beach

The appartment were very nice, the host is always available and all was perfect.

Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. All was fine, we were regularly asked by the owners if everything is fine and we appreciated it very much. We would have given it 5/5, but there are 2 things that we thought were problematic: 1. There were no basic products in the apartment such as washing liquid, sugar, salt, tea etc. We've stayed at many places either via homeaway or airbnb and there was never a situation that you could not even drink tea using the products already available in the apartment. 2. Parking was a huge challenge - even when I took my car in the night (3am) to get something done, another car took my place within 20 seconds which I had never seen before. As a result, using a car while living in this apartment is a huge challenge. Even if you want to pay for parking, the Avenida Del Mar parking is like 15-20min walking distance which is definitely not ideal. Apart from these two things, we think it was a great stay and we will definitely consider coming back to Marbella.

Alberto & Glady's are really nice people and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The Old Town and beach are both a 10/15 minute walk down the hill and the La Canada shopping Centre is 10 minutes the opposite way across the road bridge. The shops in the centre are great as are the food outlets. The pool is quiet in the morning for a swim which i did every morning but gets busy later in the day. Thanks for a lovely holiday in your apartment.

This is a brilliant apartment which great amenities. The owners are very helpful, welcoming and speak great English so you can get a lot of good local information from them. They went out of their way to take us to the bus station when we were leaving. There is a supermarket just yards away which all the local people shop at and is very cheap! It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to get into the old town. The pool is very quiet during the day, even during the school holidays. the apartment complex is very secure and safe, from the path outside you need to go through 2 locked doors to get to your apartment. Also there is a big flat screen TV so you could take a media player and connect it. This was a very nice place to stay as it feels more at home and can relax more compared to a hotel room.

As a young couple, this apartment was absolutely amazing. Luxury and stylish furnished apartment, good kitchen facilities as well. Supermarket located 100 metres from the apartment. The beach, main bus station and city center are all reached within 15 minutes walking. Quiet neighbourhood which we would also recommend for young couples with a child. No need for a car, all trips can be done by bus (Ronda, Sevilla, Granada, Aquapark Torremollinos etc.). The swimming pool is also very nice, a sunbathing grass area makes it perfect. We would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Marbella and Andalusia. Gladys and her husband are very friendly, and are willing to help you with all you need. Overall 5/5 rating, more than we expected. We will go back sometime and stay in this lovely apartment again.
