Accommodations and host were terrific.

Pedro is a great host. He welcomed us warmly and explained everything. The apartment is fully equipped with a freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Not to forget the great coffee machine. Everything you need for everyday life is there. Beer, juice, yogurt and small snacks were waiting for us in the fridge. If you need, there is a garage in the house. We enjoyed every day of our stay. We hit the jackpot when reserving this apartment. All of the amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The warm welcome of water and snacks was greatly appreciated. Any issues that arose were promptly attended to by Pedro (thank you!). It was very easy to walk to the restaurants, grocery stores, beach, El Corte Ingles or any stores or services you needed. Did not expect the city vibes with the traffic and tourist noise but that's part of the package. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing break.

We had a lovely week in this comfortable apartment while visiting family living nearby. Pedro ensured our stay was a comfortable one. He met us to check in and reviewed with us how to operate laundry, stove/oven, and elaborate coffee maker. He is a warm and affable person with great communication skills. He welcomed us too with a number of snacks and beverages to kickoff our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was clean and cheery. Beach, restaurants, gym, and grocery are within short walking distance making this an ideal location. Great Wifi and guest Netflix account added to our enjoyment of this gem of a place. Las Canteras is a lovely place with lot of shops, bars and restaurants. Good mix between locals and tourists. Beach walk is wonderful with only walking and running people. We relaxed in the flat and did watch a lot of snooker on the big flatscreen (did bring our own cromecast). We had a rental but did not use it much. Parking in garage was easy, even for a midsized car. We made most of our meals, and kitchen worked well. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Great apartment. Great location as close to beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment is lovely. All mod cons. Pedro is very helpful too. Will definitely come back. Very impressed.

We had a very good 2 week stay in the apartment in Las Palmas. Very well equipped and located centrally for restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Pedro was first class and arrival, stay and departure were very straightforward.

A beautifull appartment with everything you need.A big sat.tv with a lot of channels,a nice coffee machine,great beds and close to the beach and harbour. You can even park your rentel car below in the garage for free. And if you need something ,you can always call/mail Pedro(the nicest man off Las Palmas)
