With a large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher and washing machine), giving access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relax.

Thereare three bedrooms in total: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with one double bed and 2 bunk beds. The apartment also has a private garden where you can relax in peace or enjoy a barbecue. Private parking is also available on the property.

Ideally located just 600m from Lake Sanguinet, 400m from Sanguinet town centre and 12 km from Biscarrosse plage.
