We've stayed here before and was happy with it. This time was different. Walked into an 84 degree unit. Notified the host that there was an issue. Next day it was still having problems. We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. Communication with the host was slow and clearly automated. We won't go back. Unfortunate as the location was great.

Positives: Very good location, and the building had easy access parking and a good sized fitness center. The roof deck and lounge were great (although rented for parties while we were there so access was a bit limited). The responsiveness of the management company was only through text/messaging but they were responsive and helpful when called on.Not so great: This unit is really quite tired (and the building shows its age also). The second bedroom is very small (room for the bed and that’s it). Overhead lighting exists only over the kitchen counter and in the bathrooms and there are very few lamps provided (which even those were not very bright). Our comforter had a brown stain on it and the coffee pot didn’t work. The management company immediately ordered a new coffee maker and said it would arrive the next day. It never appeared. The blinds didn’t work properly and the picture of the unit we rented shows a sliding glass door to a Juliet balcony, which didn’t exist (not in the unit we were given anyway). We paid quite a bit for this unit given it was graduation weekend and would say overall that we were disappointed with our stay. Would not stay here again.

The location is fantastic, the unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The building was very quiet which is surprising for a college town on a game day weekend. The staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!

Great condo in the heart of the city. Building was secure and well located, parking was easy and check in was wonderful. It was a fabulous space for a quick get away with the family.

Place was very clean. And in a great location. Checkin annd out processes were extremely easy to follow. Only two complaints I have is that mop heads were left in washer and all bedding sheets were left in dryer from cleaning team. Also, the door of main shower was broken

We only had one night in town and this place was perfect for us. Could easily walk everywhere and then come home to a nice flat. Hope to come back some time and fo some exploring.
