The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and gas, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen utensils and appliances (citrus press, electric whisk, potato ricer, etc.). The dining room-lounge has a television and provides access to two 10m² terraces each with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal. You have a private outdoor parking space.
