The serene primary bedroom features a king bed wrapped in hotel-quality percale linen. The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes heating for your comfort.

* Work & Connectivity: Two dedicated workstations, perfect for remote work, and fast Wi-Fi (approximately 100 Mbps). A smart TV with Netflix is available for your entertainment.

* Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen including a washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a range of quality cookware. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are provided with some starter stock.

* Thoughtful Touches: Dreamy designer space adorned with an array of artwork. Locally made Cape Island toiletries, crafted with natural essential oils. A safe is available for valuables.



CONVENIENCE

For longer stays (8+ days), we will be offering a light service and linen/towel change on a complementary basis: twice weekly during season (Dec-Feb), otherwise weekly. We will schedule this with you for a time that is convenient.

Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Access to the apartment is controlled by a smart lock, and access to the building is secure.



There is one secure lock-up parking bay available for the apartment and an off-street parking bay for visitors.

BOOKING POLICY

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.



Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.



DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION

RULES

Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.



We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
