Lovely and bright recently renovated flat located a few steps from the lakeside and the Piazza of Cannobio. Garage.


The apartment is situated on the first floor (without lift) of a building in the historic centre, in a very comfortable location, just a few steps from the lively Lungolago.

Rooms: living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower. Small outdoor area, covered, with table and two chairs. Underground garage.

Places to sleep: double bed, sofa bedfor two people in the living room.

Location: The lively town of Cannobio has a fantastic lakeside promenade with several restaurants, bars, and shops. Its beautiful sand/gravel beach and grass terraces invite you to relax outdoors. The Sunday market takes place along the entire lakefront and is also an important draw from nearby Switzerland, whose border is only 5km away. Cannero Riviera, with its beloved beach, is only 7km away.

Comments:
The large garage, situated in the underground floor of the building, is also adapted for storing bicycles and sports equipment.

Access/parking: State road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago) to Cannobio. Then turn into Via Paolo Zaccheo and reach the supermarket. Enter the supermarket's underground car park, pass the parking spaces reserved for the supermarket and reach the row of garages. The garage of apartment Mar is at number 22. To the left of the door is the key box which will allow you to open the garage. Inside the garage, on the wall, are the keys to the apartment. Once you have parked your car, take the stairs leading to the courtyard outside and enter the building through the glass door immediately in front of you. Now take the stairs going up (lift not working) and reach the first floor. Once you reach the landing on the first floor, keeping to the left, you will find the entrance to the apartment in front of you.
