Apartment La Casa Di Arianna

Arianna's House is an apartment that is part of the Eremitaggio Residence and is approximately 2 km from Torri Del Benaco. The residence is located on the lakefront and is connected to Torri del Benaco by the new cycle-pedestrian path overlooking the lake.



The Residence dates back to the 1970s when the original Eremitaggio Hotel was transformed into individual dwellings.

The original structure has remained unchanged and is a typical example of architecture from thoseyears positioned in a panoramic area.



From the driveway gate on Via Gardesana, you access the Residence by driving along a road lined with cypress trees and can park a car in the reserved space.

THE INTERIOR

The apartment consists of a lounge with sofa and satellite television adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen and also with dishwasher and microwave oven. From the lounge you access the terrace which overlooks the lake and is equipped with a table for 4 so you can have lunch or dinner whilst enjoying the splendid view of the lake.



The house, which can accommodate up to 3 people, is equipped with a double bedroom with wardrobe overlooking the lake and features an adjoining bathroom complete with shower. The second bedroom, smaller, has a French single bed, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom complete with shower.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.



OUTSIDE AND BEACH

From the Residence garden you can access directly through the convenient underpass to the beach dedicated to Residence guests and enjoy days of sunshine and swimming in complete tranquillity.



THE AREA

The centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle is approximately 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car away.

Just a few metres from the apartment we have a bus stop at our disposal and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns around the Lake.



From this position you can reach Malcesine, approximately 20 km away, and take a trip up Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car, or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area.

Verona is approximately 45 km away and Venice approximately 160 km away.
