SKI-IN-SKI-OUT / RIGHT ON THE SKI SLOPE
The apartment is located in the Berghof apartment complex at an elevation of approximately 900 m. In winter, the complex is right on the ski slope, and in summer, it’s next to a beautiful hiking trail.
The Kaiserseite apartment is located on the first floor; it is a fully equipped studio, ideal for 1 to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. Please note that the pull-out couch is only 1.20 meters wide and can support a maximum weight of 110 kilograms.
The apartment is located on the north side of the building, with a view of the beautiful Kaiser Mountains.



Kaiserseite Apartment:

This apartment stands out for its perfectly laid-out studio. It also offers a beautiful view of the Kaiser Mountains from the private terrace. The apartment features a living room with a (sleeper) couch (200x120 and max. 110 kilograms), a double bed (200x160), a TV, a dining area, and, of course, a kitchen for preparing simple meals. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.



On-site fees: Pets are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed! The security deposit (€250) will be refunded after the key is returned and the apartment is properly handed over. You’ll find additional payment information in the email you’ll receive from Appartement Kaiserseite in the next few days.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 9:00 AM.
