The detached Obermoser house is located in a wonderfully quiet spot with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment covers the entire first floor and is carefully furnished. The big plus point is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. So everyone enjoys enough privacy. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the large balcony on the south side from where you have a breathtaking view of Wagrain. The kitchen-living room is equipped with all amenities and invites youto cook together. The farm, which is 200 meters away from the house, is a wonderful environment for children. Hiking routes also start right outside the door. There is a communal garden with garden furniture around the house.

The mobility fee is included in the tourist tax, so you can use all public transport.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

    Fijn huis, complete inventaris, wel wat gedateerd. Wifi viel een beetje tegen. Erg comfortabele bedden. Krappe douche maar wel fijn. Prijs-kwaliteit is prima. Voor de boodschappen of restaurants wel de auto nodig. Omgeving is prachtig en het zwembad in Wagrain (gratis!) zeker de moeite waard.

    This is a great stay, top views due to the higher altitude. The apartment breaths a warm and cozy feeling. A more traditional decoration. WiFi ok, no washer / dryer so be prepare for a longer stay to have options. Lots of places to visit and hikes to do. Overal we’de like to return soon

    De ligging is prachtig! Het huis is schoon en goed geoutilleerd voor 6 personen. Nu in januari is de toegangsweg naar het huis, een bergweg van 4 km, alleen toegankelijk met sneeuwkettingen.

    De buiten foto's mogen wel worden aangepast, ik heb de boeking van dit huisje onderandere gedaan omdat er voor de kinderen schommels / glijbaan aanwezig zou zijn.(als je de foto's mag geloven) het huisje was schoon, alles aanwezig. Maar wat ik niet begrijp is dat iedereen een review schrijft over het super sociale van de eigenaar, dat viel allemaal wel mee.

    We have one week holiday enjoyed by Haus Obermoser 31 5 - 7-6-2014.We have really enjoyed the beautiful view of the village Wagrain.Werkelijk magnificent Also in the area is much to see, too bad there are still so little cable cars open waren.Wagrain is also a convenient location for many uitstapjes.Het house is also good, just the small living room, but for tranquility, there is no better place.

    Had lovely sunny week with 5 friends. Each day's walk, starting in nearby many beautiful hiking trails recommended is the walk that starts from the location Jägersee direction eenhoger mountain lake (Tappenkarsee). Or go see the view from the Mooskopf. Or 60 to 90 minutes travel for seeing snowy peaks on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. After the walk is good to come home with balcony overlooking the valley
