It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and its own balcony,the other with two single beds –, a bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. Here you will find a refrigerator, an electric cooker, a kettle, and a coffee machine. A dining table for four people, a sofa, SAT-TV, and air conditioning complete the equipment.



Particularly inviting is the private balcony with sea view, where you can enjoy your breakfast or a relaxed evening at sunset. WiFi is available in the accommodation, as well as a private parking space directly at the house.



The holiday home also offers a spacious garden terrace with sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue facilities. Upon request, a boat mooring (for a fee) and airport transfer (for a fee) can also be organised. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are already included in the price.
