The place is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and the extensive boulevard with cozy restaurants, typical chiringuitos (cafes) and shops. In addition, the region is home to some impressive historical sites, such as the Castillo de Santa Ana, an impressive castle from the 16th century.
