Beachfront apartment in the seaside town of Blanes, province of Girona, on the Costa Brava, Mediterranean Sea, in Spain.
City of recognized prestige for its beaches, its sun, its summer atmosphere and its Mediterranean and seafood cuisine. It has all kinds of equipment and leisures very close to the apartment.
The building is located just 50 m from the beach and has a communal pool
The apartment has an outdoor terrace of 40 m2 with barbecue. Communal swimming pool. Dining room-kitchen fully equipped with sofa bed for 2 people. Two double rooms A room with a double bed and an optional cot. A second room with a bunk bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. A full bathroom with massage shower. The apartment is facing the sea.

First of all, Positives. We stayed almost whole August 2018 in the property. The big plus of the flat is the terrace. The only place where we could survive the heat. It was unbearable inside. Second, location wasn’t too bad, as it was close to the sea. Beach nearly was nice.We didn't use bbq, so can't comment on that. Negatives: - There was only one bed that was good to sleep on (master bedroom). Others were very uncomfortable and fealty. We even killed a bedbug full of blood in the bed in the living room/kitchen. - We had to wash all the bedding to make sure it is ok to use it - It was too hot. The owners didn’t offer to supply aircons, fans, etc. we had to buy everything ourselves to survive the heat. It still was TOO HOT and STUFFY. UNBEARABLE. - Washing machine worked poorly from the day one. Something wrong with electrics I presume. - The shower drain was not working well. Given the temperatures of about 40 degrees inside and outside (no aircon) we had to take shower a few times a day, so it wasn’t great - The terrace wasn’t suitable for a toddler, so we had to baby-proof it and spend over eur 100 to put a protective net around the barriers, so the children do not fall out. We didn’t remove it, so it was going improve the safety of the property - Extremely noisy. Very noisy neighbours in the building and the ones across. It was noisy until 6am. - Too expensive for what it is. I would not recommend to stay in the property at that price and during the hot season. However, we have most wonderful memories about Blanes and Costa Brava.

Xavier is a nice guy who is very helpfull Appartment is nice and big. Terrace is great. Pool is great too.
