Apartment Historic Center AVIGNON

An excellent location easily walking distance to the main sites with a carrefour and bakery just at the end of the road. Loads of character and lots of space. Hosts are really friendly and welcoming.

Everything about the apartment; the spaciousness, the amenities, the location, convivence of nearby shopping and the host were outstanding.Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms and really bright apartment - AC in every room - stayed there for.3 weeks and it was amazing- very central if your intending to visit Provence and the surrounding towns - lots of stores and restaurant and shops - I absolutely loved it - and the host were amazing - would def go back!

Full floor in an older maison on a quiet side street, close to shopping and the Palais des Papes. Spacious and clean, but one quirk: bathroom attached to bedroom has translucent windows and door doesn’t close completely, which might bother some. Hosts live on ground floor, but we did not see or hear them between check-in and check-out. Communication about check-in was a little frustrating, I think because host assumed we knew we just needed to show up and buzz them.

Charming apartment inside the walls. AC (almost a must during French Summer) in the main room and in the living room (where there is a double sofa-bed) but, not in the second room. Park your car at Parking Les Halles and walk with your bags. Only disappointment: a Mac charger forgotten in the apartment and, two days after leaving it, i can't get the owner replying to my messages.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. The apartment worked perfectly for us- very comfortable and location superb. The area around the apt terrific for cafes and restaurants, we ate around the spot 3/5 nights as was so good for options and good food. W e loved it and hope to return someday. we spent 19 days here in late May. We used Avignon as a central location to do day trips and a couple of overnight trips and could not have selected a better place. Lots to see and do. The unit was roomy, comfortable, clean and quiet. We took great advantage of the bakery that was half a block away and a bread bakwey a block away. the market is very near as is the grocery store. My wife and I enjoy history and it was a treat to stay in a unit that was probably built in 1800's. the unit is located up two stories so for those that struggle with stairs beaware. Also the second bathroom and kitchen are across tgw hall from the main apt. There is only one above us so it was not an issue. the hosts were great and very accommodating. would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in downtown. Surprisingly quiet at night. Well appointed, lots of space, comfortable beds. It did get quite hot during day (and nights), so we kept the shutters closed. If you have a car, park in the Parking des Italiens and take the little shuttle bus (it’s almost impossible to drive in the tiny streets in the city).
