On arrival, you’ll find a welcome kit with fresh garden produce: lemons, seasonal fruit, coffee, olive oil, and local spices. The host is always available for personalized tips on restaurants, excursions, and local attractions.



A crib and high chair are available for families. Please note: there is no Wi-Fi—ideal for a true Sicilian nature escape, away from digital distractions.

The property offers access to a shared outdoor area with garden, hot tub and pool, open terrace and covered terrace. We recommend visiting nearby destinations such as Etna, Taormina, Sant’Alfio, Catania, Acireale, Acicastello, and the beaches of San Marco and Marina di Cottone. The apartments benefit from natural cooling thanks to the villa’s location. There are 8 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. For your safety, cameras are installed in common areas. Homemade products are offered. Waste sorting guidelines are provided, with more information on site. Lighting is energy-saving and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
