Stayed Jan 2, 2026The good: The location is pretty good (although up a very steep hill with no on street parking) and we enjoyed the skiing. The heating is effective so no issues with being cold. The host helped with issues like lights not working very promptly. The bad: The flat is very small and basic. One bin bag was provided so we had to buy more, no basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil etc). The parking is an underground garage and very difficult to manoeuvre around - do not use unless you have a very small car. The worst part was that we barely slept for 3 of our 4 nights in this property - the noise from the attic flat above was horrendous - they weren’t being particularly noisy, but the floorboards creak SO loudly all the time with the slightest noise that we were woken up at all hours - even when they rolled over in their bed at 2am. I have no idea how previous people staying here haven’t mentioned it - perhaps the attic flat is a new conversion and hasn’t been used before? We complained afterward and were offered a 20% refund. We asked for 40% but the host said no and that they had provided sheets and towels free of charge so they felt it was fair - not the best customer service There was also mould in one of the bedroom windows as well (see pictures).

Stayed Feb 2, 2024Great location and apartment. Very practical and spotless, perfect for our group of 6 adults. We will definitely book again next time we come to Andorra.

Stayed Jan 3, 2019The apartment was great and as described, perfect location for accessing the slopes, although would be a little far to walk without a car (you could use the ski lockers at the slopes). Equipment was basic but sufficient for a group of 7. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
