Stayed Dec 1, 2023Old house but very comfortable with large bedrooms. Located close to airport and center. Easy to travel by bus. Nice house for simple people than you.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023We loved our week in Bologna! Stefania is very warm and friendly. She always had the time for a smalltalk, was ready to help and her recommendations were super! The apartment is simple but comfortable, especially the beds. It‘s in a nice area, close to the city and with a good bus connections.

Stayed Oct 27, 2021This is a very spacious apartment (3 bedrooms and a living room), situated in a quiet area, close to the railway station (about 4 bus stations) and the city center (about 8 bus stations). I think is also a great option for those traveling by car, being outside the ZTL area. The apartment was clean and well equiped, and Stefania (the host) is a very gentle and nice person. Thank you, hope to return to Bologna soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay would have been unbearable without the AC. The area was OK and close to grocery shopping but if you have a vehicle I would strongly suggest going to a local Sale e Tabacchi and buy a parking permit valid for your entire stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent 7 nights, and there was 5 of us travelling, and the accommodation was great! The apartment was spacious and well equipment, plus our host was really kind and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Bologna, plus a great base to then visit other places further afield – we had day trips to Acquafan Waterpark, near Rimini, and Florence!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean and cosy flat in the north of the city centre. The friendly and uncomplicated landlord who is living next door. Good bus-conections to the city centre. We realy enjoyed the stay in the flat. I would rent this flat anytime again!
