Apartment/ flat - Alghero

1. No lift and 2nd floor -missing information about it from the owner 2. Wifi with extremly slow speed 3. Tv - a small monitor maybe 17” from a technical museum - a real shame to put in a flat for rent (a laptop screen is normally larger) 4. Wardrobes full of owners things , drawers of wardrobe in one room not possible to open ,kitchen drawers filled with old flour etc (year 2018 full of animals!) 5. A real shame the matress quality in the master bedroom , the futon 25 cm from the floor !!!!! 6. damaged dirty toilet cover 7. sofa in the living room separated in 2 peaces covered with 2 orange stinky mould rags ,towels stinky ,shower full of mould ,poor light in all flat ,not working light over the mirror 8. cover over the balcony door in kitchen damaged and highly risky to fall down on someones head 9. Only 2 gas places worked in the stove 10. damaged wall lamp without a cover in master bedroom 11. damaged fridge openings All in all poor furniture quality , low hygiene level .There was no investment in the flat in last minimum 15 years .Real shame to offer it for rent .

Spacious and clean apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 balconies. Kitchen had all the usual utensils and there were also some cupboard items left by previous hosts, such as coffee, sugar, oil etc. The only thing we were missing were wine glasses though. Air-con was included in the price and was working fine. There was a small issue with wifi not working but it was fixed within a few hours of reporting it. The location is great too, only a 5 min walk to the nearest beach which isn’t very nice so recommend to hop on a bus or a scooter and head to Maria Pia. Alghero old town is a pleasant 20 min stroll on a promenade. Two big supermarkets are about 5 min walk away and the bus stops to the airport or other towns are literally up the street. Plenty of free parking nearby too. They have a weird recycling/rubbish collecting system in Alghero, each morning they are collecting a different type so make sure you put the correct bin outside the night before. Otherwise you will need to take it to the nearest collection point which is by the Isa supermarket. This was my first booking with Vrbo and all went smoothly. Roberto is a very helpful and accommodating host and the property manager Antonietta is also nice. Our flight was at night and Roberto and Antonietta very kindly helped us out with a late checkout. None of them speak English though so best to communicate via email or messaging.

The apartment is decorated in a lovely style and perfectly located few steps from the sea ..The neighborhood is served by restaurants, bars and supermarkets,.The historic Old town of Algero can be reached via a pleasant walk along the sea in 15 minutes on foot.The owner Roberto was very helpful and prompt with any requests or queries.We enjoy our holiday in Sardinia .Thank you Roberto.

The property is a 2nd floor apartment in a residential area approximately 150m from the beach. A great location for beach, restaurants, supermarket etc and about 15 minutes walk from the old town and harbour. Bus stops nearby with excellent routes to airport and other towns. Sassari and Bosa are both well worth a visit. We stayed in the apartment with another couple and there was plenty of living space. It was very clean, reasonably well equipped and there were plenty of well used towels and bed linen. An extra key would have been useful for when we went out separately. an enjoyable holiday
