Stayed Feb 18, 2025As I said in my review from the previous stay, the property is well located, service very efficient and polite, pretty good breakfast and comfy beds. I switched to a smaller room after the rest of my party left and upon entering found it dusty. The bed had been made without a fitted sheet and the linens had small hairs and plenty of fuzzies. The toilet water kept running and the hair dryer didn’t work. The floors had not been moped. I contacted front desk and they rectified the situation promptly for which I was very thankful. I wish the second studio room had been as clean and inviting but service at this property is very helpful. Overall I’d still recommend it.

Stayed Sep 2, 2021I love this property and location. The bed was perfect and the TV was a smart TV of at least 60 inches. I would definitely stay at this location again when I'm in Bogota! Thank you Laura for your hospitality.
