Stayed Jul 26, 2025Apartment Agnese was a perfect location for our stay. Beautifully clean, well-equipped and quiet with amazing vies over the lake from the garden and Monte Baldo from the front it was a delight from start to finish. Stefania and Carlo were fantastic hosts - always accessible, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 10, 2021We had a very nice stay in Assenza! We stayed here with our 2 year old son. The apartment was neat and is perfect for families with 1 or 2 children. Our son enjoyed the little garden. The location is quiet, near the lake and the view from the garden is just perfect. Stefania was very helpful and easy to reach. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stefania and Carlo are really proud people and their apartment reflects this. The view from the lovely private little garden is splendid and the sun tracks round it all afternoon and sets over the lake on the other side every evening. Facilities were excellent. The quiet, immaculately clean communal pool is also in a lovely setting and is no more than 30 seconds from the front door. Assenza is jolly with a lovely square and the neighbouring village Porto, which can be walked to in 25 minutes along the shoreline, is equally lovely. Each has two restaurants plus little bars and supermarkets. Monte Baldo rises up behind the apartment and creates quite a scene. The local ferries stop in Assenza making trips to Malcesine and Limone possible without using a car, though the garage below the flat is excellent and very secure. We required assistance from Stefania on a couple of occasions and were able to communicate almost immediately. It was for very trivial matters such as having forgotten how to operate the electric gate and she could not have been more understanding or helpful. We had a lovely stay with our 2 year old boy, who particularly liked having the large living room/kitchen diner to run around in. Highly recommended.
