Apartment 70m2 HIGH STANDING - Heart of PARIS VIe. Paradise !!

This apartment was so perfect for us; not only a dream location, but the apartment itself was beautifully designed. As a lover of interior design and antiques, this apartment was a work of art.

The apartment is beautiful with artwork and antique furniture. The neighborhood has many excellent restaurants and is a brief walk to Montparnasse and Le Bon Marché.

I feel like I hit the jackpot! You never know exactly if a VRBO will meet your expectations, but this apartment in Paris EXCEEDED ours - in every way. The location couldn't be better with wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The owner and concierge couldn't be more attentive - and the apartment was just lovely. From the moment we entered through the gate and walked into the beautiful courtyard, we knew that we made the right decision!

Location of this rental was prime, close to Metro and easy walking distance to many attractions. Check-in was a bit late due ro a family emergency and unit was lacking a few necessities such as toilet paper, however remedied by owner quickly. Would stay at this VRBO again if back in Paris.

We had a wonderful week in our favorite Paris apartment. We enjoyed the quiet of the courtyard as well as the lively street life with excellent cafes and restaurants. We hope to return soon!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a very quaint apartment in a very quiet street within walking distances to a few Metro stations and eating places. Great communications with Daca and we were very fortunate to check in early.Highly recommend.and will stay again.

What a wonderful stay! We loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer.The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfectly Parisian - lots of restaurants, shops, as well as a couple of markets to buy any daily needs for food, drink, etc..

The location of the property is definitely a five star. The place is older so you will see older furniture. The quality of the mattress in the master room is excellent, however the pillows are not good. There is a slight musty aroma, but again the property is older. The listing states it has a dryer, but in actuality it has a drying rack, which works just as well. You do have a great washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hair dryer, iron and plenty of natural lighting in the apartment with the windows.I would definitely stay at the property again but would bring my own pillow and an air freshener.

My son and I spent six night in this beautiful apartment. The photos don’t do it justice! It has two very spacious bedrooms with the most beautiful antiques and sumptuous linens.The kitchen is a little bit small, but has everything you need to be comfortable and even cook yourself meals. Microwave, toaster, espresso, machine, and more..Living room /dining area is cozy yet roomy. Again, the decor is so exquisitely French and authentic. I am so glad I chose this apartment over some of the more modern looking ones.The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has several really nice cafés and small markets. It’s also very close to several different metro stops so you can pretty much get anywhere you need to easily. The only caution I would give is that if you have difficulty with stairs, there are two flights of circular stairs to climb to Get to the apartment. .

Gorgeous artwork in the apartment. We were in the space mainly to shower and sleep, but it was cosy and comfortable. Not a fan of the micro fiber towels. For the price, I feel the check in time of 4 pm is pretty late. Otherwise a very charming stay; thank you!

We liked the location very much and the property manager was very friendly but spoke very little English. The real issues were a freezer that did not work and poor bedding quality. It also had a smokers odor.

This place is a perfect location for easily seeing Paris. Property managers were very responsive and helpful in every way. They made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Beautiful apartment with old wooden beams. Comfortable beds. A special street for restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our visit. It was convenient to many sights within Paris, comfortable, had a GREAT shower (always important), and an extremely friendly and helpful host and property manager.

This heart of Paris location is close to the metro and steps away from several restaurants. The living room and bedrooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would select it again!

What a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as scenic sites. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy. Bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen has everything you need. I would stay at this place again anytime loved it!

The owner is very nice and accommodating. As we were arriving early, he instructed the local lady who manages the property to let us in early. She did her best to accommodate our needs, though communication can be a challenge if you don't speak French. While the location of the home is in one of the prime neighborhoods, the complex is pretty old, pretty empty and with limited amenities (e.g., missed AC on hot days). While they do their best to keep the property clean, it is just an old, run down apartment and complex. You have to carry the luggage up the stairs in a windy staircase. Also, it seemed like the metro wasn't as close as we thought (could have been where we were going).

This apartment was in the perfect location to allow us to enjoy Paris. In the city yet comfortable and quiet. Daca acted as concierge and was extremely helpful. Next time in Paris, this is a here we’ll stay.

We had a great week in this lovely and charming apartment. It was especially nice to return to this calm location after a busy day on crowded streets and museums. We love the neighborhood with so many nice restaurants and cafes. We hope to return!
