The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A bathroom (renovation 2026) and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, and access to the annex which serves as a bike storage area and has a washing machine. You have a parking space within the residence.
