Your accommodation is located in the town centre and just 230m from the beach and the large Plan d'eau de Mer. The 50m² apartment is situated in a small condominium. On the ground floor you have a master suite with a double bed, dressing room, bathroom and independent WC. A sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate up to 4 people.



On the upper floor, an open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge offers direct access to a wooden terrace of 15 m², intimate and with no overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol. The kitchen area is fully fitted with induction hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press, raclette machine and all necessary utensils. A second independent toilet is also located on this floor, completing the rental. For maximum comfort, the lounge is equipped with air conditioning and the following are also at your disposal: a hairdryer, a washing machine, an electric barbecue, an ironing board and iron. You have access to a private covered parking space.
