HOUSING
The apartment alone occupies the top floor of the building.
From the entrance, a wide corridor distributes the different spaces.
The living room includes a living room with large sofa and smart TV, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The ensemble opens onto the rooftop that surrounds the apartment: a large outdoor space, furnished with a garden furniture, a large dining table and a jacuzzi, all in shelter from eyes.
The night corner consists of three bedrooms:
- The first has a king size bed (180x200cm), a smart TV and an ensuite shower room
- The other two rooms, also equipped with king size beds and TVs. Each has direct access to the terrace
A shower room with toilet, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout.
Two parking spaces in the basement, accessible by a car elevator, are reserved for occupants.
Maximum vehicle dimensions for the lift: length 4.80m, width 1.90m, height 1.85m.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 5 minutes by car or 9 minutes by foot.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
