The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a well maintained residence with swimming pool.



The entrance provides access to a comfortable living area, composed of a sofa, a TV, a kitchenette and a large bay window opening onto the south facing terrace, with table and chairs for meals outdoors.



The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe and an office area.



The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm).



The shower room includes a sink and a toilet.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.

From Cannes station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes by foot.

The apartment is located in the central area of Palm Beach, just a 3-minute walk from the Croisette and its beaches, between Antibes Street and Port Canto. The address offers direct access to the emblematic places of Cannes while remaining practical on a daily basis.

- Boulevard de la Croisette: 250 meters away, perfect for walking by the water, shopping or enjoying the sunny terraces.

- Port Canto: 10 minutes on foot, pleasant for a walk among yachts or a dinner by the sea.

Transportation: Bus stops in the immediate vicinity to quickly reach the station, historic centre or other neighborhoods.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
