The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the heart of Palm Beach.



The entrance opens onto a living room with dining area, sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV connected, and direct access to the terrace. This one, facing west, offers an outdoor dining area.



The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, has a glass roof that overlooks the living room as well as a window door overlooking the terrace.



The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.



A shower room and separate toilets complete the space.



The decoration is sober and chic, the spaces well arranged for everyday comfort.



ACCESS TO PROPERTY



From Nice airport: about 35 minutes by car via the A8.

From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot.

Located at the east end of Cannes, the apartment enjoys a quiet residential environment close to the sea and shops.



- Red Muré beach: 4 minutes walk. Family sandy beach with restaurants, ideal for swimming or dining in the water



- Gazan beach: 6 minutes walk. An extended beach, perfect for sunny days



- Pond Square: 9 minutes walk. Small heart of the area with supermarket, bakery, press, pharmacy and restaurants



- Boulevard de la Croisette: within a 5-minute walk. This walk lined with palaces, luxury shops and private beaches connects Palm Beach to the city centre



- Port du Mouré Rouge: 5 minutes walk. For a walk or a sea trip



- Antibes Street: 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot. One of Cannes' main shopping streets

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
