On the top floor of an old building with elevator up to the third (and then stairs to the fourth and last floor), this studio offers a functional and cosy setting, typical of the Cannoese apartments.



The main room, air-conditioned and attic, features a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a seating area with connected TV and dining area. The ensemble enjoys a warm atmosphere.



The kitchen area is equipped with essentials for a pleasant stay: hobs, microwave, refrigerator and dishes.



The shower room with toilet completes this accommodation designed for practical and pleasant use.



A sober, comfortable space, and ideally located to discover Cannes on foot.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
