Apartment 100 meters from the sea, Residence Federica

Amazing location - we were easy walking distance to both the old town and the resort swimmimg areas (Mulini Beach, etc.). The property was very clean and comfortable, and was cooled by evening breezes even on warm days. Keep in mind that the area is not a particularly quiet place in the evening because of loud motorcycles accelerating up the hill heading out of town. Overall, though, we had a great time there and wish we could've stayed longer!

All was ok with this flat and around area. Good view to the port and sea.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels.

It was my second stay in Rovinj with my Brother and my 11 year old niece, we all love the Appartement with a nice view at the sea and the proximity to the old town is great. Lounge chairs on the balcony would be desirable, but it's still very nice. Contact Was always super friendly.

Apartment is perfectly situated, short walk to access nearby beaches and center of Rovinj Clean, spacious, well laid out apartment, beautiful terrace with view of sea. Market down street, 2 minute walk from apartment. Short drive 5 minutes to larger supermarkets. All around great place to stay, walking distance to park ZlatniRT. Definitely recommend, Ms Eni gave us great recommendations for dining options. Will book again!

Everything went very smoothly, Enzio is a nice host with excellent communications. Mrs Eni, who brought the keys is a kind, forthcoming person who told us everything we needed to know about the place and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped (mind you, there is no microwave oven) and has all the amenities you can think of. Double air conditioning, electric sunshade, pots & pans, bedlinen, towels, you name it. We even got some complimentary provisions, milk, butter and a beer. The living room has some stunning views over the harbour and the old town. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. :) Thank you!

We stayed 7 wonderful days/nights in Rovinj and really enjoyed the apartment. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The photos of the apartment are as advertised except there are a few mixed in from 2 other suites but they all have great views of Rovinj's harbor. Very spacious, windows in every room providing plenty of natural light. Nice sized patio for 4 - 6 people. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and quiet. Great location. Nestled between Rovinj's historical old town and a beautiful park (park forest Zlatni Rt). Both within easy walking distances. Many restaurants and 2 grocery stores near by. Our host, Klaudija was very gracious and helpful. We arrived later in the evening from a long bus ride and Klaudija met us at the apartment for our checkin. She was very easy to communicate with and provided answers to all our questions. We would recommend this apartment and would return if we find ourselves visiting Rovinj again.

Very nice apartment, very clean perfectly located near the center with a nice view on the sea from the terrace. Rovijn is a nice place to spend holidays Additional equipment in the kitchen like glasses, dishes,...., would be welcome. Mary (the lady who is giving the keys) is very very nice and always ready to help....even if she is not speaking english :-)
