Apartment #1 GREAT LOCATION Zion National Park entrance as close as you can get!

Room was clean and nicely located at the front entrance of Zion. Definate premium. Beds were comfortable and bathroom up to par. The only issue we had was when it was windy, there's a long flag pole at subway restaurant below (same owner) and the metal piece at the flag anchor kept banging against the metal pole. It's such a simple fix so simple, but first night the banging kept us awake all night. The next day I spoke to a Subway employee for a makeshift fix, but luckily wind died down and I used white noise on my phone the next 3 nights. I emailed owner but no response. So please fix it!

Great place to stay for Zion mountain! 5 min walk to Zion visitor center, lots of good options and coffee shops nearby! Beds are comfy and the window views are amazing!

For someone visiting Zion this place is absolutely the best! The gate is right next door, there is free parking for the renter, multiple restaurants within walking distance, and the feeling of privacy you can’t get from a big hotel or condo complex. The owner was so helpful in showing us where to go. The place seems recently updated. The beds are so comfy. Plenty of space, and laundry in unit. The view from the bedroom was spectacular all day long. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your visit to the park. Beautiful new fridge and also had some cooking basics which is so nice to find. Would stay here again.

Was very close to Zion, and you felt right at home.

We were on a gf getaway so this place worked great for us as all beds are in one room although there is a pull out sofa bed in the common area. You cannot get a better location as we were literally across the street from Zion which made parking a premium.

Place had everything you needed. Excellent location!! Walkable to everything!

The location is amazing. You could not be any closer or more convenient. Three minor issues. Check in directions could be better. The entry gate is right next to a Subway, which the place sits above, so it is kind of hidden. Disclosure of this would make it easier. Smells like Subway in the entry hallway, but no big deal. The awning to Subway's outside eating is connected right outside the bedroom window. If it is windy it's very loud and hard to sleep. Out of owners control, but good to know for guests. Lastly, during check in the parking spot was occupied. They left around 500pm, so not a big deal. The owner rents it out for a fee, which also requires you to vacate the spot the day you leave v leaving the car there until early afternoon before the next group checks in. No issues with making a few extra dollars, but not very customer/renter friendly for checkout.

Our family of five stayed here, and we loved it. Perfect for quick access into Zion without worrying about parking, and we were big fans of the layout and how it worked for us. If we end up back at Zion, without question we would try to book this exact place.

Great location to Zion national park. Hassle free parking, right opposite to visitor center, helps to come back and go back to trails of your are tired. Highly recommend the place.

The property is well located just outside the entrance to Zions National Park. We needed some help finding it, but once we did we were so happy with it! It was more spacious than anticipated-plenty of room for my family of 7. It had everything we needed. The kitchen is well appointed, but it should be noted that there is a one burner hot plate/induction cooktop rather than a full stove top. There is also a full sized refrigerator and a convection oven/microwave unit. It was nice to have laundry facilities as well. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location directly across from the walk in Zion park entrance. Great place to make as your base camp as you explore the park. Great host and very responsive.

Perfect location! Very clean! Comfortable beds and pillows (which was important because of all of the hiking). Having a washer/dryer was clutch! Very nice space!

Truly the #1 great location. Incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows. Easy walk to the park, market, outfitters, pub, & restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning.

The room was just a short walk to the entrance of Zion. It had a beautiful view. It was very clean and well stocked. The parking and entrance was a bit different but no issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone visiting the park. If traveling with families be aware beds are all in the same room.

Location great for visiting Zion N.P., close to entrance, visitor center and shuttle buses. Laundry facilities in the unit worked well. Host responded promptly.

This location was amazing! It was right across the street from Zion National Park. We walked many places-to eat, get coffee and to and from the National Park. Everything was amazing for this property!

Very clean, comfy apartment with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the park entrance, We had enough space for the four of us to spread out and each have a comfy bed to sleep. The manager was very helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The location was excellent, right across from the Zion entrance. We easily walked into park each day. We also loved the view and having a washer and dryer. Very spacious for a family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

1. Ideal location to Zion, easy walk to2. Since apt was above a subway restaurant there were some issues:- some subway noise issues. Relatively quiet after 9pm once subway closed. - subway smell issues in apt while subway open 3. Apt:- bathroom had fishy smell- water taste issue- One night had gusty winds that caused constant banging until wind died down- parking instructions somewhat unclear.

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is great. It is walking distance from Zion National Park. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

This unit has a great location. It is upstairs from a Subway restaurant and is very close to the entrance to Zion National Park. The parking is somewhat confusing at first and someone was parked in our assigned spot the first day we were there. Other than that I have no complaints and we enjoyed our stay.

We LOVED staying here for our trip to Zion! We could walk to the park! It was an amazing location and I could not recommend it enough! The owner is very nice and very kind! I would recommend this place over and over again!! I can’t wait to come back with my whole family. Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot! Has everything you need. There were even movies and board games. The location is perfect. Zion’s park entrance is right outside the units parking. The view is amazing from the all the windows in the unit. I really loved the window reading nook in the kitchen.

We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner after a long day of hiking. The smell of fresh bread in the morning (only in the hallways outside the unit) was delightful too, but it wasn't overwhelming! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner! The beds were SO comfortable! The water was nice and hot for great showers after a long day of hiking! I have told all my friends about this location and plan to return to stay in this same spot when we come back to Zion again! Indiana family of 5 gives this 5 stars!!

This property served as an excellent second stop for our trip through three national parks. It is within walking distance to the Zion park entrance, stores and restaurants. The property was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. It also has the bonus of a Subway/Pizza shop below for a quick grab n' go meal.

This place is in such an amazing location in close proximity to Zion NP! The owner was on site a couple of times and was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again... and again... and again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Springdale staying at this VRBO. Premium location with amazing views. Perfect size for me and my husband. Very walkable for the entire town of Springdale and so close to Zion National Park. We parked our car and didn’t need it till 6 days later when we drive to Zion Kolob Canyons. Host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed here 3 nights and visited Zion National Park. Location was literally across the highway from the entrance to the park. Simply park your car and don’t worry about it until time to depart. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. The condo has all the home conveniences including a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We spent a long weekend in Zion NP and this place was perfect proximity to the park and everything in Springdale we wanted to do. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Would come back here and stay with my family for sure!

We had a wonderful few nights at this property. It had ample space for four adults and it was clean. The best part is how close the property is to the Zion entrance and it's only a short walk to hop on the park shuttles.

Everything was as advertised. Never had to get into the car until we left. Was able to walk to park shuttle, equipment rental store and places to shop/eat. Plenty of room for the four of us.

This unit is above a Subway restaurant. I expected some noise issues but had none. What we did not expect was that if you open the curtains for the big windows in the photo EVERYONE in the parking lot is looking in. I would suggest an awning of some type to block some of the parking lot view and move the spotlights at the roof peak on that same side to the front of that awning.

Very basic interior, but clean, and a great view of the mountains. A 2 minute walk to the park entrance.

This property was a bit quirky but perfect for our stay! It’s across the street from the national park!!! A two minute walk to groceries, multiple restaurants, bike rentals, hiking equipment, and the buses. With a dedicated parking spot, you couldn’t ask for more. It was our cool oasis with the best view!
